Chase are able to undertake complete management control of planning and
development works, building demolition, construction, refurbishment and fit out
works, and maintenance comprising:
- Preparation of contractor briefs;
- Management of the documentation of scope of works;
- Tendering of work and tender evaluation;
- Engagement of contractors;
- Supervision of on-site works with regard to construction tasks, OHS and environmental legislation;
- Contract administration incorporating progress payments and defect
liability periods; and
- Program management of the works to critical milestone dates.
Chase commence each project with the preparation of a detailed project management plan outlining the scope, budget, program, project stakeholders, consultation strategies, identification of project risks and control measures, key performance indicators and reporting procedures.
Chase maintain a constant focus on time, cost and quality outcomes in the
delivery of a project to the client’s satisfaction.
