and suppliers whom we work with in the planning and delivery of our projects. These relationships are based on core values of commitment, trust, respect and fairness resulting in improved project outcomes, especially in the management of contracts.

Chase’s construction management capability is assisted by:



  • A Project Cost Management System (PCMS) that is fully integrated into MYOB
    which allows full and detailed project cost reporting;

  • Managing project timelines using Microsoft Project software;

  • A suite of contracts for all types of procurement;

  • A comprehensive database on available and suitable
    subcontractors and suppliers;

  • The capability to prepare detailed trade scopes of work, and to manage documentation to ensure the works are feasible, cost effective and can be constructed without any risk to site personnel; and

  • A defects management procedure which is built into inspection and test plans.
